  • Develop and implement Sales initiatives and strategies to target customers for new business development
  • Identify and promote products to Industries where dyes and pigments are used. for new business development
  • Development and execution of Sales plan to achieve the targeting, exhibition
  • Customer site visits to discuss their needs, sales promotion and assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them and collect market knowledge
  • Development and execution of Sales plan to achieve the targettions, exhibition
and other databases ( Google, magazine, etc)
  • To generate leads and close new deals
  • Prepare Sales Budget on CRM
  • Benchmarking competitors: Analyze and collect competitor information to improve sales strategies.
  • Encourage generating new leads through telephone conversations, exhibition llowing internal procedure
  • Exhibitions – Participation &/or attendance required
  • Diagnose causes of customer complaints, and give solution.
  • Follow up critical debtors

  • Set target, evaluate and monitor to ensure company targets are met.
  • Discuss Price quotations, samples requests, projects utilizing in-house CRM follow internal procedure
RequirementsSales experience in business-to-business selling
  • Fluent in writing and spoken English and local languages
  • Extensive customer contact for product promotion.
  • Technical and brief application knowledge
  • Excellent business relationship management skills, persuading and influencing people to generate and secure higher levels of business.
  • build powerful presentations to deliver sales messages and overcome resistance.
  • structured powerful persuasive techniques in a patient, calm and effective way
  • Use of IT ( SAP, SAGE, Microsoft word, excel, access and Internet)
  • Sales experience in business to business selling
