- Monitor and measure the service delivery, service quality, performance and the agreed service levels of the Digital Workplace Services, and report on key metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure that policies, processes, procedures, and documentation are in place to support the service delivery.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with end users, and ensure their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
- Assess and lead operational improvements between internal (near shore team) and external stakeholders (AXA Group Operations, Suppliers,…)
- Establish and maintain strong, strategic relationships and governance for the Digital Workplace to assure stable and cost-efficient services
- Influence the delivery roadmap and ensure proper documentation and planification of the features to be implemented.
- Actively participate in the feature / product team backlog and makes sure it’s aligned with the IT strategy and provided roadmap.
- As team lead, co-create plans (per Delivery Iteration / Sprint) and estimate size & complexity of work.
- Contribute to Quality of Service (QoS) and Security initiatives to improve the overall Workplace services reliability and security.
- Identify areas of improvement and take the lead in identifying and implementing structural solutions.
- Management of a team of 5 FTE’s and of budgets related to the activities in your scope.
- Managing and coordinating requests for resources (may include people, environments, hardware, and software licences.)
- Collaborate with the Security, Architecture and Data office teams to ensure that their guidelines are enforced.
- Ensure proper communication of identified risks to higher Management.
- Customer oriented, with excellent communication skills, capable to defend your ideas, but open to listen to others as well.

- Very good knowledge of English (knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, IT or other related field or equivalent training
- Minimum of 10 years of industry experience in IT services
- Knowledge of Digital workplace technologies
- Extensive written and oral communication skills (English)
- Good knowledge of MS Windows platforms’ administration
- Experience with identifying & investigating reoccurring issues and working with responsible support groups on addressing them (e.g. Network, Software packaging & distribution, Security, Service Desk, Onsite Support)
