At AXA Belgium, the mission of the Digital Workplace team is to deliver great Workplace Experience for every AXA Employee, from everywhere, with reliable processes and performant, secure and easy to access Workplace solutions.The IT Workplace team aims to deliver, support, and make evolve the full range of digital Workplace & Microsoft 365 solutions used by the AXA Belgium Employees. The Workplace team works in close collaboration with IT & Business teams to ensure the best quality of service and align with their needs.The activities delivered are covering: Physical and virtual workstations, Software packaging and licensing, Workforce Collaboration solutions (Office 365, Meeting Rooms…), Office Printing, Telephony Services and Secure Data Exchange.We are currently seeking to reinforce the team by appointing an IT Workplace Product Lead.Your responsibilities as IT Workplace Product Lead:
  • Monitor and measure the service delivery, service quality, performance and the agreed service levels of the Digital Workplace Services, and report on key metrics and KPIs.
  • Ensure that policies, processes, procedures, and documentation are in place to support the service delivery.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with end users, and ensure their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Assess and lead operational improvements between internal (near shore team) and external stakeholders (AXA Group Operations, Suppliers,…)
  • Establish and maintain strong, strategic relationships and governance for the Digital Workplace to assure stable and cost-efficient services
  • Influence the delivery roadmap and ensure proper documentation and planification of the features to be implemented.
  • Actively participate in the feature / product team backlog and makes sure it’s aligned with the IT strategy and provided roadmap.
  • As team lead, co-create plans (per Delivery Iteration / Sprint) and estimate size & complexity of work.
  • Contribute to Quality of Service (QoS) and Security initiatives to improve the overall Workplace services reliability and security.
  • Identify areas of improvement and take the lead in identifying and implementing structural solutions.
  • Management of a team of 5 FTE’s and of budgets related to the activities in your scope.
  • Managing and coordinating requests for resources (may include people, environments, hardware, and software licences.)
  • Collaborate with the Security, Architecture and Data office teams to ensure that their guidelines are enforced.
  • Ensure proper communication of identified risks to higher Management.

  • Very good knowledge of English (knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset)
Your skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, IT or other related field or equivalent training
  • Minimum of 10 years of industry experience in IT services
  • Knowledge of Digital workplace technologies
  • Extensive written and oral communication skills (English)
  • Good knowledge of MS Windows platforms’ administration
  • Experience with identifying & investigating reoccurring issues and working with responsible support groups on addressing them (e.g. Network, Software packaging & distribution, Security, Service Desk, Onsite Support)
