Position: Training Manager Role Overview: As the Training Manager at Thrillophilia, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for both the delivery of training programs and the creation of engaging, informative content tailored to our unique offerings and customer service standards. You should have minimum 4-5 years of training delivery experience. Responsibilities: Training Program Delivery: training sessions for new hires and existing team members, focusing on product knowledge, customer service skills, and company policies. various training methods, including presentations, role-playing, hands-on activities, and e-learning modules, to ensure effective learning outcomes. and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Content Creation: training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and interactive modules, to support training initiatives. with subject matter experts, department heads, and stakeholders to gather information and insights for content creation. that training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company standards, branding guidelines, and industry best practices. multimedia elements, real-life scenarios, and interactive elements to enhance engagement and retention among learners. Continuous Improvement: feedback from trainees, managers, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in training programs and materials. identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of training initiatives. review and update training content to reflect changes in products, services, processes, and regulations. Qualifications: degree is a mandate, Master's degree preferred. experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry. instructional design skills, with the ability to create engaging, interactive, and effective training content for diverse audiences. communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. for travel, adventure, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
