Technical Support Specialist for energy storage solutions

- Handle customer request such as Technical Support, Claims, Data monitoring and Installation support of Polariums energy storage solutions.
- Work with process and routine improvements to ensure same service level globally
- Build and improve Knowledge Database
- Service Request management for appointed customers
- Interface with Internal Stakeholders for driving the customer claim process
- Be a key part of Global Technical Support, Ensure SLA are met
- From time to time take part in installation and commissioning of our systems.
- Perform service and trouble shooting on site.
We see that you are a highly driven and pro-active person with a passion for customer service, who constantly seeks new knowledge within the area. You have relevant experience from similar positions, and you are able to work in a structured, organized, and collaborative manner whilst prioritizing based on the importance/impact to the company, and of course you are a great team player.
You have:
- B.Sc or M.Sc in, Energy Systems, Electrical Engineering, Electric Power or equivalent.
- Experience from working in a product company in a B2B Technical Support role preferable within Electrical Industry.
- It would be a strong merit if you have experience working with lithium batteries, Power generation from for ex Wind, Solar, BESS, Data center deployments or similar volume services project environments.
- Excellent logical and technical troubleshooting skills
- Experience from working with international customers.
- Driving license, to be able to visit customer installations
- Experience in Customer ticketing system, such as JIRA, Salesforce, Service Desk or a similar system.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Other languages are a bonus, Swedish, Arabic, French, or other.
