- We are looking for innovative and goal driven individuals to fill in the position of a Business Assistant. He/ she is responsible for the smooth running of the organization interms of secretarial duties and also assist the administrative officer in administrative duties.
- Maintaining office inventory and stock of the office supplies
- Work with variety of individuals taking feedback where appreciate to assist in business support delivery for staff
- Resolve office related malfunction and respond to request or issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliances with established policies
- Maintain trusting relationships with clients, customers and colleagues
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
- Minimum of OND in Public administration or relevant discipline
- Good in Microsoft office package such as excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn and adapt easily to new work procedures and environment
- Good communication skills
- Good organization skills
- Ability to deliver results and leadership ability
