CANDIDATE SHOULD ALREADY LOCATED IN CYPRUS, NO RELOCATION OR REMOTE IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS POSITIONResponsibilities:Develop and execute strategies to recruit, onboard, and retain high-quality affiliate partners.Create and maintain a strong affiliate network by identifying potential partners and building lasting relationships.Regularly review and evaluate affiliate applications, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.Provide affiliates with necessary resources, tools, and support to maximize their success.Campaign Development and Optimization:Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging and effective affiliate marketing campaigns.Design promotional materials, banners, content, and offers to enhance affiliate conversion rates.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.Performance Tracking and Reporting:Monitor affiliate performance metrics, including clicks, conversions, revenue, and commission payouts.Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the affiliate program.Generate regular reports to share insights and progress with internal stakeholders.Relationship Management:Foster positive relationships with affiliate partners, acting as the main point of contact and addressing inquiries and concerns.Negotiate and manage commission structures, payouts, and incentives to ensure partner satisfaction and motivation.Compliance and Legal Considerations:Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, privacy policies, and FTC guidelines related to affiliate marketing.Ensure affiliates adhere to compliance standards and ethical practices within their marketing efforts.Market Research and Competitive Analysis:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and market developments to adapt the affiliate program for optimal performance.Identify emerging opportunities and potential gaps in the affiliate marketing landscape.Training and Education:Provide ongoing training, resources, and guidance to affiliates to enhance their marketing techniques and strategies.Educate affiliates on product knowledge, branding guidelines, and best practices.Base salary for this position is: 2500-4000 grossCANDIDATE SHOULD SPEAK FLUENTLY ENGLISHALL ADDITIONAL LANGUAGES IS A BONUS
