job detailsabout the company Strong branding in the market with a good corporate culture, this US listed MNC has been growing in the last few years. Currently, they are looking for a high calibre APAC Finance Manager (Project) for their business. about the roleIn this role, you will be responsible for the APAC construction projects. You will be managing the full spectrum of costs and reporting for the projects. You will be in charge of the budget templates, to track construction costs and to perform detailed analysis to facilitate the identification of key cost variances. You will look into the contracts, purchase orders, payment certificates and ensure accurate estimation of construction costs to support financial reporting needs. You will manage the cash flow forecast, review the contract payment milestone and liaise with the project team on the updated forecasts. You will prepare construction costs accruals and estimates based on each period end. You will also maintain asset listing throughout the construction phase. You will streamline and enhance the project costing process. skills and requirementsYou should ideally possess an accounting degree from a reputable organization. A CPA or CIMA will come as a plus. You have at least 8 years of experience in managing projects preferably in the construction industry. You have strong business partnering, stakeholder management and communication skills.
