Job Description:JOB SUMMARYThe Hosted Coordinator I is responsible for learning, understanding, and assisting with the coordination, implementation, and execution of assigned Hosted Business Solutions projects within defined procedures. The Hosted Coordinator I will work collaboratively with the Hosted Coordinator Team, external stakeholders, and internal departments.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in managing inventory of equipment used for Hosted Business Solutions. This includes acquiring necessary equipment for new installations, replacements, upgrades, and processing returned equipment appropriately.
  • Configure, document, and scan all equipment needed for installation of assigned services.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Hosted Phone and Wi-Fi Solutions, including their components, how they interact with local networks, and the factors that influence their design and implementation.
  • Design and implement basic solutions frequently.
  • Learn vendor systems and processes to understand timelines impacting service installations.
  • Work with field crews to ensure basic solutions are tested, tracked through systems, and customers are trained.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Learn billable components and coordinate quality control calls.
  • Provide customer support for existing accounts, including change requests, support and onsite training for customer employees and/or technicians.
  • Learn key components of site surveys and demonstrate ability in using software to create site plans and heat maps.
  • Assist with project coordination, implementation, and execution of sales requests.
  • Assist with ensuring project-related documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Gather necessary information from customers to support projects.
  • Learn how to manually create jobs that will be assigned to field technicians.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or equivalent education, training and/or experience required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role or related field.
  • Experience managing projects associated with soft phones, call recording, commercial Wi-Fi, hosted phones (HPBX), and/or security camera solutions preferred.
  • Experience in a training role or providing technical training preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Vizio.
CERTIFICATIONS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
  • Received a “Meets Expectations” or higher overall rating on last annual performance appraisal and no disciplinary actions (verbal or written) during previous appraisal period.
  • Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in state of residence and demonstrate safe and responsible operation of motor vehicles. Must be insurable under the company's insurance policy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing, with a strong customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

This EPB job is essential to support this critical infrastructure and may be required to work onsite or in the field to maintain these services.
