- Single client focus on large Australian retailer, Myer
- Implementation executive for key offline channels, with a specialty in OOH & Radio
- Responsibilities include briefing media partners, negotiating value, signing contracts, loading activity into SMD, campaign performance tracking prior to campaign live date and campaign performance post campaign.
- Responsible for assisting in training and development of Marketplace Coordinator when required.
- Assisting Marketplace coordinator on post campaign reporting and PCRs
- Day to day relationship with Myer, creative agencies and media partners managing expectations across the board
- Supporting Marketplace Director on any client requests, or internal requirements (eg TV Reach Curves, CPTs/CPMs, forecasting & actuals, channel recommendations/costing exercises, AQX, Roy Morgan)
- Media Plan management (inclusive of any requirements to OOH Matrix)
- Co-lead on final checks for invoicing and ensuring 100% financial accuracy on the account
- Supporting Marketplace Director in seasonal deals for Myer: Media Approach & Recommendation, Briefs to Media, Analysis & Negs Outcomes deck
- All campaign reporting and SMD loading is managed by the respective coordinators on the team.
- Strong organisational foundation, needing someone who has high attention to detail and comfortable with project management.

- Prior agency experience and a keen interest in offline channels - particularly OOH, Radio and TV also desirable.
- Puts the clients' interests first, focus on their business outcomes linked to KPIs rather than media opportunities.
- Is always proactive and provide ideas without being asked.
- Shows excellent attention to detail.
- Has a point of view, not afraid to challenge clients/internal team to achieve a better outcome.
