- Operate out of a ticketing-based platform to enhance our tracking of customer inquiries.
- Review Pennsylvania Search Packages & Reports to assist our customers.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Maintain compliance with Company policies and good housekeeping practices.
- Other duties as assigned
- 3+ years of Pennsylvania title exam experience
- 2+ years of customer service and general knowledge of the Title Industry
- Must be detail-oriented, customer service driven & possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Familiar with industry concepts, practices, and procedures and associated risks and liabilities
- Proficient computer skills, including moderate to advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft applications and other industry-related software required to perform job duties.
