  • Operate out of a ticketing-based platform to enhance our tracking of customer inquiries.
  • Review Pennsylvania Search Packages & Reports to assist our customers.
  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Maintain compliance with Company policies and good housekeeping practices.
  • Other duties as assigned
EducationHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience
  • 3+ years of Pennsylvania title exam experience
  • 2+ years of customer service and general knowledge of the Title Industry

  • Must be detail-oriented, customer service driven & possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Familiar with industry concepts, practices, and procedures and associated risks and liabilities
  • Proficient computer skills, including moderate to advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft applications and other industry-related software required to perform job duties.
