- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEND in the classroom
- Assist teachers in adapting lesson plans and materials to meet the individual needs of students
- Support students with personal care tasks, mobility assistance, and sensory needs as required
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to implement support strategies and interventions
- Enthusiasm for working with students with SEND and a genuine desire to make a difference in their lives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students and teachers
- Previous experience working with individuals with SEND preferred but not essential
