- Management of ACIG's initiatives and projects to strengthen public integrity and anti-corruption systems in government.
- Support ACIG colleagues in project work using the OECD Public Integrity Indicators. Promote evidence-based measurement of anti-corruption and integrity and raise awareness these new OECD standard indicators across the organisation and in international fora.
- Liaise with the Working Party of Senior Public Integrity Officials (SPIO), the ACIG team and the Task Force regarding non-member outreach.
- Under the guidance of the Head of Unit, manage a multicultural team of experts and provide guidance and quality assurance to deliver high-quality work, while ensuring well-being, talent development, recruitment and performance management in line with organisational rules and best practices.
- Manage the budget of the projects, in line with regulations for financial management of voluntary contributions.
- Contribute to resource mobilisation on anti-corruption and integrity with potential project partners and donors.
- Lead analysis in support of ACIG's initiatives to strengthen public integrity and anti-corruption systems in government, including research and analysis to contribute to the OECD Integrity Reviews, at national and subnational levels and in specific sectors;
- Lead analysis in support of ACIG's initiatives to address traditional and emerging integrity challenges facing governments (e.g. anti-corruption institutional arrangements, effective use of risk-based approaches, implications of behavioural insights on ethical behaviour, policy capture and influence of narrow interests);
- Formulate tailored policy assessments and recommendations, taking into account country context, good practices and comparative evidence from OECD member and non-member countries;
- Develop practical materials, tools and guidance based on comparative analysis, data and indicators that policy makers can use for benchmarking their strategies, policies and practices;
- Draft technical and policy documents for consideration by the OECD Public Governance Committee, and relevant networks, including the Working Party of Senior Public Integrity Officials (SPIO), as well as policy briefs and other communications aimed at both technical and non-technical audiences;
- Plan and implement review processes on integrity, ethics and anti-corruption policies, including managing project timelines and organising fact-finding missions with multidisciplinary teams of experts.
- Participate in missions to Member countries and non-Member economies, as required, including to conferences;
- Conceive, plan and conduct capacity-building activities (e.g. workshops and seminars) on core and emerging topics to a variety of audiences (policy analysts and senior public officials);
- Support the planning and implementation of the Division's Programme of Work, including contributing to preparations for meetings of the SPIO and the OECD's Global Anti-Corruption & Integrity Forum;
- Develop and maintain professional contacts and build networks with officials in national administrations, other international organisations and country Delegations;
- Collaborate within the Organisation on multi-disciplinary horizontal work relevant to integrity and anti-corruption policies.
- Advanced university degree in public policy, public administration, accounting, economics, law, or similar.
- A minimum of three to five years of professional experience conducting research and analysis on integrity, ethics and anti-corruption policies, at national or international level, ideally within a government administration, an international organisation or an academic institution;
- Experience working in a role responsible for designing and implementing integrity policies, preferably acquired in the public sector, would be an advantage;
- Experience working on multidisciplinary public governance issues would be an advantage;
- Proven track record in presenting highly technical subjects in writing as well as orally to upper management or high-level public officials in a compelling manner;
- Proven track record in project management and multi-tasking would be an advantage.
- Fluency in one of the two OECD official languages (English and French) and knowledge of the other, with a commitment to reach a good working level.
- OECD staff are expected to demonstrate behaviours aligned to six core competencies which will be assessed as part of this hiring processes: Enable People (Level 1); Vision and Strategy, Ethics and Integrity; Collaboration and Horizontality; Achieve Results; Innovate and Embrace Change (Level 2).

- Depending on level of experience, monthly salary starts at 7,738 EUR, plus allowances based on eligibility, exempt of French income tax.
