- Proactive customer acquisition and establishment of new business relationships with decision makers i.e. investment banks, advisors or big corporates
- Sales of software solutions for dealing with confidential information on M&A Transactions
- Account planning, strategic sales, support and development of key accounts
- Presentations, creating and following-up on offers, contract negotiations directly with decision makers
- Participating and networking at trade fairs, congresses and events
- Documentation of activities in company CRM
- Ability to stablish great relationships within the M&A sector
- Experience at engaging, presenting and closing next steps on client facing meetings
- Proven track record in driving the full sales cycle from start to finish: cold calls, building pipelines and closing
- Industry knowledge in M&A and/or Real Estate
- Enthusiastic team player with good communications skills, hands-on mentality, strong engagement and motivation
- Spanish on a native level and business fluent in English, other languages are advantageous
- Desirable: Industry knowledge in the areas of software, pre-sales, SaaS
