- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures and protocols.
- Conducting audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Providing training and guidance to staff on quality assurance processes.
- Collaborating with other departments to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitoring and analyzing quality data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Previous experience in a Quality Manager role within the food manufacturing industry, preferably in meat processing.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage teams across multiple locations.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Qualifications in food science, quality management, or a related field would be advantageous.
