- Lead the migration and implementation of SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with business needs and timelines.
- Oversee the transformation and deployment of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Develop and execute a roadmap for the evolution of the organization"s digital stack, ensuring integration and synergy across platforms.
- Act as the product owner for all digital platforms, including SAP S/4, MES, and other key tools.
- Define the vision, strategy, and priorities for platform development and enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure platforms meet business requirements and deliver value.
- Take ownership of the organization"s IT and OT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.
- Oversee the integration and alignment of IT and OT systems to support operational efficiency and digital transformation.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity measures across IT and OT environments to safeguard systems, data, and operational integrity.
- Plan and execute infrastructure refresh initiatives to maintain scalability and reliability.
- Oversee and manage relationships with IT service providers, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and SLAs to optimize costs and service levels.
- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues proactively to maintain smooth operations.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire the Digital and IT Team to achieve high performance and innovation.
- Build team capabilities to align with the organization"s digital transformation and operational technology goals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align digital and operational technology initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes of digital transformation initiatives to senior leadership.
- Champion a culture of digital and operational innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Drive user adoption of new technologies and processes through effective communication and training.

- Bachelor"s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master"s preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, and digital transformation, with a strong understanding of OT systems.
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA migration and/or MES implementation.
- Expertise in managing IT and OT infrastructure, including networks, servers, endpoints, and cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated success in managing IT service provider relationships and vendor performance.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
