Job Summary:An Employee Relations Officer is responsible for establishing and maintaining good employee-employer relationship from onboarding to offboarding. Its main focus is the Company’s compliance to the Labor Code of the Philippines by ensuring good working conditions and facilitating resolution of workplace issues. Additionally, an Employee Relations Officer plays a vital role in building and sustaining a strong and inclusive corporate culture by providing support to all activities and interventions of the Human Resources Management Department.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or any related course
Preferably with at least 3-year experience in employee relations
Expert in the Labor Code of the Philippines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledgeable in Microsoft and Google products
