Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality Management, or Supply Chain Management.
Up to 1 year of working experience in Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Process Engineering
Individuals with a hunger to learn and a desire to make a significant impact.
Confident and positive with a strong willingness to learn and collaborate with others.
Driven to succeed and develop a long-term career with the company.
Adapts to and respects diverse environments while taking initiative
Excellent command of English and Vietnamese, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using digital tools.

This is a fast-paced immersion into the heart of the dynamic chemical specialty industry of construction and industrials, where innovation meets real-world impact.We are looking for a Management Trainee to help us develop and implement our growth strategies. This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience towards a managerial role with advancement potential.To be successful as a Management Trainee, you should have superb attention to detail and be able to promptly identify problems. Outstanding candidates will have great leadership, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.The Journey:During your 18 months traineeship, you’ll learn how to identify and apply important strategies and business processes. You’ll get to learn about our company’s functions and operations, and you’ll support our management team with daily tasks. Throughout, you will develop strong problem-solving, communication and people management skills. Additionally, you will participate in formal training courses.This trainee program is designed to fast-track the development of high-potential young individuals and prepare them for future leadership positions within the Sika organization.
