- Responsible within the function in obtaining, verifying and maintaining proper records;
- Handle client information check requests, performs research and analyzes search results and to assist in decision-making;
- Communicate search results to the respective engagement teams or to other member firms;
- Assist in research and presentation preparation;
- Update and maintain database of list of clients searches conducted;
- Responsible for assisting in scheduling miscellaneous administrative duties
- Actively seek out developmental opportunities for growth, act as strong brand ambassadors for the firm as well as share their knowledge and experience with others.
- Respect the needs of their colleagues and build up cooperative relationships.
- Understand the goals of our internal and external stakeholder to set personal priorities as well as align their teams' work to achieve the objectives.

- Degree or Diploma in any field.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be analytical, detailed and systematic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Able to work independently with initiative and handle confidential information in a professional manner.
- Familiarity with the consulting or professional services industry would be advantageous.
