This is how we enable sustainable mobility and help to prevent accidents caused by human error.Your Role:acts as the Project life cycle owner which includes activities till Product Platform readiness (TDP/ADP); brings strategy and holistic approach by consolidating and cascading the activities breakdown to competency Leadersresponsible to achieve flawless launches – full ownership to deliver end to end programs on time, with quality and in charge of profitability; the ownership over: overall project plan including project schedule, scheduling TDP/ADP Design Reviews, Risk Management Plan, TDP/ADP Project Reviews, Open Issue List, change points management, project organization chart, conducting weekly cross-functional project meetings, industrialization / manufacturing and supplier readinessleads projects in line with company specified methodology related to TDP/ADP projectsconsolidates reporting on program statuses, from various data sources, for Aptiv Leadership and internal / external customersaccountable of profitability achievement for their assigned business, profit management, including: project financials, BOM targets, change governance, Build budget for BBP cycle (Resource demand, Capital expense, material, credits)CAPEX planning and tracking of spend and contributionsecures appropriation requests’ approvals on time for project executionowns Budget Planningresponsible for understanding technology roadmap and building relationships with key customers; being a “Voice of the Customer”facilitates issue resolution together with competency Leaders for win-win solutions – this also includes preventive escalation, internal & external.supports new business development activities; drive Initial Project Plan: timing plan, risk assessment and change points activities for new quotessets up the project in accordance with the Aptiv standard project management procedures / playbookpartners with Supervisors of Functional Leaders (matrix reporting) to support Leaders’ performance evaluation and developmentcommunicates organization goals and commitmentsplays a critical role as coach and mentor to develop less-experience team membersmonitors and takes actions on project capacity resource management (planning, tracking, anticipating needs, escalating gaps – in partnership with Functional Leaders)responsible for complying to standards, policies and procedures, TDP/ADP requirements,supports relevant assessmentsmaintains required documentation and reportingYour Background:Excellent communication skills, including coaching and mentoring skillsStrong negotiations skills in order to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances.
