- Type: Small animal
- Hours: Full time, 38 hours per week over 4 days
- Weekends: 1 in 6 weekends, time off in lieu
- OOH: Twilight and on-call shifts every 10 weeks, supplementary pay
- Branch work: N/A
- Computer system: Merlin
- Team: Large vet team, 8 RVNs and 6 support nurses
- You will be working alongside skilled anaesthesia nurses and referral specialist vets who have a range of disciplines from medicine, neurology to surgery and ophthalmology
- You will see a varied caseload from both routine and emergency cases to soft tissue, orthopaedic, ophthalmology and neurology cases
- You will be responsible for carrying out a mixture of anaesthesia and theatre work and will ensure that the theatre department runs smoothly and efficiently
- Support will be provided by the skilled nursing team
- There will be ongoing opportunities to develop referral nursing skills and the practice offer ongoing opportunities such as their in house advanced anaesthesia programme
- You will work alongside 8 other theatre nurses and 6 theatre support nurses and a large team of vets who are specialists, residents and interns in various disciplines.
- They offer a wide range state-of-the-art services including 5 theatres with extension plans they also have diagnostics including digital radiography, CT, MRI, Digital X-Ray, Ultrasound and Endoscopy.

- Salary: Up to £28,927 per annum, commensurate to experience
- Holidays: 6.6 weeks annual leave, including bank holidays and birthday off
