- Leading General Trade (GT) team in achieving group sales target
- Assisting team in sales target, customers inquiries, collection and other sales related issue
- Come out with business strategy, evaluate current business performance, maximizing business reach and potential.
- Explore and open new distribution market and accounts within malaysia
- Identify business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients/distributors.
- Negotiating business contract and closing deals
- Follow up new business opportunities
- Conduct and coordinate market research / opportunity assessment, compiling the information and make recommendation to management
- Retain existing customers and renew contracts
- Building long term relationship with existing dealers and distributors
- Identify opportunities for greater profits
- Submit reports and representing GT group in HOD
- Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects as been assigned
- Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably in the general trade sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented with a track record of setting and achieving sales targets.
- Preferably from FMCG background, with an understanding of industry dynamics and market trends.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends to make informed decisions.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, events and etc
- Up to MYR 7,000 + Incentive
