A Food & Beverage Outlet Supervisor is responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of all the restaurants/outlets in the hotel or as directed by Senior Outlets Manager in an effort to ensure proper guests service as well as financial profitability.What will I be doing?As a F&B Outlet Supervisor, you would be responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of all the restaurants/outlets within the hotel or as directed by the Senior Restaurant Manager in an effort to ensure proper guests service as well as financial profitability with those outlets. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standard:
  • Learning how to manage all three F&B outlets to include supervising an assigned shift, assigning daily side work, learning each job function in case of coverage issues, and informing and training team members in all restaurant activities and operations.
  • Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance including. recommendations for disciplinary actions against such team members.
  • Support and assist team members in guest inquiries, requests, and resolving guest complaints.
  • Monitor food and beverage product quality before it gets eaten or drunk by our customers.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, alcohol awareness including Hilton’s EcoSure program.
  • Help ensure compliance with Hilton’s quality assurance standards.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory pars in whoever outlet you are in during shift.
