- A 2:1 or higher degree in a STEM subject (Maths, Science, Engineering, or related disciplines).
- A strong academic background and confidence in supporting students with complex STEM concepts.
- Prior experience in tutoring, mentoring, or classroom support is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- A passion for STEM education and a desire to inspire the next generation of scientists, mathematicians, and engineers.
- Full-time, long-term Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant role – Monday to Friday, term-time only.
- Earn up to £540 per week while gaining invaluable experience in secondary education.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support in STEM subjects, helping students grasp challenging concepts.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons, including practical experiments and problem-solving tasks.
- Support GCSE and A-Level students in achieving top grades through tailored academic intervention.
- Work closely with experienced educators to develop your own teaching skills and pedagogy.
