Act as a window person for identifying factory IR issues and address it proactively to keep stable industrial relations.Maintain lawful disciplinary action procedures in factory.Take initiative to collect employee grievances and work for mitigating those as per company regulations.Responsible and support Department Head for Factory HR Operations including; but not limited to, Recruitment, Payroll, attendance and, Leave Management activities etc.Support and conduct awareness program/ training (Labour Issues, wages & benefits, workplace safety etc.)Work for employee engagement related activities in the factory.Support actively for company change management initiatives.Take initiative for employee health and wellbeing.Liaison with regulatory bodies & stakeholders like; BEZA, Ministry of Industry, Labor Court, Govt.
