Starting Base Pay between $16-$18 per hour (based on level of experience/ability, and availability). $16/hr is generally the starting pay for individuals with minimal to limited experience. $17-$18/hr is the starting pay for those that have experience. multiple opportunities for additional pay: , $1/hr performance bonus, $2/hr weekend differential.   • Homemaker & Companion Services: Companionship, Light-housekeeping, Laundry, Meal Preparation, Med Reminders, Transportation (in client's car ONLY), etc.
  • Personal Care Services: Bathing, Feeding, Toileting, Transferring, etc.
  • We're looking for great caregivers/home health aides that can be proactive, knowing what to do or how to make life easier for the client without the client having to ask for everything.
  • You must be attentive and compassionate. You must have a great work ethic, an ability to show empathy for your client, and the ability to provide personal "hands-on" care. You must also be able to work with limited supervision, focusing on your client (as opposed to your cell-phone or other distractions).
Preferred Candidates have:
- Level 2 Background Check
- At least one year of work-related experience
- Must be able to provide work references
- For Personal Care clients, evidence of Home Health Aide training or current Florida CNA license or ability to pass Home Health Aide test (written and practical)
- At least 18 years of age
- Proof of residence in the United States
- Current CPR card is required
