- We're looking for great caregivers/home health aides that can be proactive, knowing what to do or how to make life easier for the client without the client having to ask for everything.
- You must be attentive and compassionate. You must have a great work ethic, an ability to show empathy for your client, and the ability to provide personal "hands-on" care. You must also be able to work with limited supervision, focusing on your client (as opposed to your cell-phone or other distractions).
- Level 2 Background Check
- At least one year of work-related experience
- Must be able to provide work references
- For Personal Care clients, evidence of Home Health Aide training or current Florida CNA license or ability to pass Home Health Aide test (written and practical)
- At least 18 years of age
- Proof of residence in the United States
- Current CPR card is required
