- Inventory management
- Installation of office hardware and meeting systems
- Moderating meetings and events
- Onsite support for big events in Amsterdam and Zug
- Onsite support for the 60 users in Amsterdam with all IT-related issues
- Onboarding new joiners with their hardware, software and introduction to the systems and office
- Managing the Microsoft Intune and enrollment of all devices.
- The management of AD, Intune, Office 365, Adobe, Mobile and Internet providers.
- Installation and support of multiple banking applications
- Setting up a knowledge base and creating manuals
- Scrum Master for R1/R2 and Cyber Security
- Bachelor plus a minimum of 6 years of experience as support officer
- Knowledge of SNOW ServiceDesk
- Knowledge of Windows 11, Windows Server 2020, Active Directory / Exchange
- Knowledge of Finance software, MacOS, Office 365, FortiGate firewall
- Knowledge of Polycom and Lenovo meeting software
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Azure DevOps
- Presents excellent command of English, at least at C1 level
