- Identify potential clients and proactively approach them to understand their logistics needs.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales prospects.
- Present and promote our comprehensive logistics solutions to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet sales targets.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to develop customized logistics solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Collaborate with various logistics and shipping providers to offer a seamless and integrated service to clients.
- Coordinate with third-party companies to provide complementary services, such as trucking, shipping, and warehousing solutions.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred).
- Proven experience in sales and a strong understanding of logistics and warehousing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for client meetings, if required).
- Base salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year.
- Commission for closed deals: 5%-10% on everything you bring in!
- Total Compensation Projection after 2 years: $150,000
