Scrum Master - DublinLocation: DublinContract: 12 monthsHybrid: one consecutive week per month in the officeWe are looking for Scrum Masters to join our client, multinational financial services in their Dublin office. This is a 12-month rolling contract, hybrid working model.In this role, you will drive agile projects and foster a culture of continuous improvement across two cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient value delivery and agile practices adherence.Your responsibilities:

Guide, mentor, and coach teams on agile values, practices, and processes.
Facilitate agile ceremonies, manage backlog, and coordinate release management.
Enhance team performance through metrics and agile principles embedding.
Collaborate with product partners and chapter leaders to execute well-defined sprints and improve agile maturity.

Key Skills:

5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role
Proven ability as a change agent, capable of coaching diverse teams through new situations.
Effective facilitation skills to brainstorm and solve challenges.
Intellectual curiosity with a passion for learning and promoting continuous learning culture.
Proficiency in using enabling tools such as Jira, Mural, MS Teams.
