- Sourcing of key direct materials on regional and global level
- Ensuring availability of relevant business and market information
- Supporting implementation of the category strategy
- Maintaining various reporting systems like Saving tool, Rebate tracking tool, and other tools
- Maintaining the relationship with internal and external stakeholders and manage day to day activities

- Ensure continuity of supply, provide support to sites on daily business activities
- Resolve disputes with suppliers
- Validate and distribute price lists
- Continuously support in exploring opportunities to reduce prices and costs
- Preparation of negotiations and meetings: collect, analyse data and summarise conclusions
- Manage data for RFQ/Tenders and other important procurement projects
- Support CPM in achieving best outcome during negotiations
- Category related step change opportunities related to changes in process / product / demand management
- Support category strategy together with CPM
- Support sites in claim management process
- Manage purchasing tools (KMS / Melius = Claim handling tool, Artemis = Data warehouse, RebTT = Rebate tracker) and support CPM with managing GSTT = global saving tracking tool, PMT = Price movement tool, MMR monthly management report
- Provide data collection & analysis support to Category Team
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in purchasing direct categories
- Solid analytical and commercial skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend data-driven decisions.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree (or Master's degree) in Economics
- Board, Papers or Aluminum category knowledge is preferred
