Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie (CDP) (Continental) at Big Yellow Door. As a CDP, your responsibilities will include preparing and cooking dishes according to the menu, ensuring food quality and presentation, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, supervising junior kitchen staff, and assisting the Head Chef. You will work closely with the culinary team to create a memorable dining experience for our customers. Qualifications Experience in continental cuisine Knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary trends Ability to work in a high-pressure environment Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Effective communication and teamwork skills Flexibility and adaptability Prior experience in a similar role in a restaurant or hotel is preferred Culinary degree or diploma is a plus
