About youThe ideal candidate has documented experience from positions as data manager, data steward or business/data analyst within a data domain. It will bring you in a good position to apply for the job if you:

Have worked with business process analysis in complex organisations and are familiar with working on end-to-end analysis
Have experience with implementation of continuous improvement for data quality and data governance
Have experience from the financial domain and has worked with financial master data before
Are great at organizing and have a structured approach to plan and document your work
Are fluent in written and verbal English
Are professional in attitude and are good at stakeholder management on many different levels

This is a great opportunity for the right profile to a new role as Finance Master Data Lead to kick-start the journey for Finance, working in close collaboration with the Master Data Function in Digital Technology. The key to succeed in this new role is to ensure the finance transformation towards a solid data driven approach and awareness of Master Data. Your key focus is to champion the master data agenda within the financial business area. You will be responsible for the global master data quality and the documentation of the processes. You will act as a global master data steward and subject matter expert, participating in various projects. Your focus is our Financial Program called Moneta., You will collaborate closely with Process/Data Owners, local data stewards and Global IT. Together with our Master Data function, you will ensure implementation of Master Data Governance within Finance., In your new position as a Finance Master Data Lead, you will work with the following topics:, Business analysis: exploring and documenting as-is processes within finance and creating to-be process design, Data analysis: doing data analysis + running data quality monitoring, Business requirements: assessing pains and opportunities, collaborating with IT to turn them into business requirements, Master Data Governance: implementing our framework developed by the Master Data function, Master Data Community: participating and contributing to the continuous development of our growing network of Master Data Stewards, Project Management: Manage and ensure implementation of different change initiatives related to Master Data and Data Governance, Change Management: Being an ambassador of managed data, data quality and data governance, We love diversity and we encourage people with all kinds of backgrounds to apply for the job, but unfortunately, we do not have the possibility to reallocate candidates.
