And it's all thanks to our people.We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or disability.Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars, and we need your help to achieve this mission!About the roleYour daily adventures will include:Lead the financial and strategic planning process and be responsible for its implementation for GhanaDefine, implement and optimize local business and operational strategies/goals with the local operations teamAdvocating and elevating Bolt's brand, product and service by working closely with local authorities and policy makersExpand Bolt's presence and services across GhanaEstablish strategic partnerships with drivers, local fleet owners and other relevant businesses/entitiesIdentify trends, risks and mitigation/improvement opportunities on a local level that may impact the businessAdvise and closely collaborate with HQ teams such as Product, People or Marketing to develop and execute key initiatives that drive growth and efficiencyTake ownership of Bolt's growth in Ghana by ensuring both local operations and HQ teams, support and collaborate actively with each other to meet business goalsAbout you:You have 7+ years of experience in operations management or general management role with P&L experienceYou are a strong leader and collaborator with excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) in EnglishYou are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skillsYou have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approachYou are comfortable with developing business frameworks to support your strategies and decisionsYou are passionate about new technologies and ride-sharingMBA and Consulting experience is an added advantage, but not mandatory.Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity.
