Mō te tūranga | About the roleIn your role as Caseloading Midwife you will be working independently to manage your own caseload, with the support of the wider team encompassing other caseloading midwives, administration, core midwives, and a unit midwifery manager. We have a women-centered approach to our care, and you will be making a real difference to the patient experience for these pregnant people and their whānau.You will also have the opportunity to be a part of a wider caseloading midwives' community across the region. Education opportunities specific to your role will be available and your professional development will be encouraged and supported.Mōu ake | About youTo be considered for this role you will need to:
Be a Registered Midwife
Hold a current annual practicing certificate for New Zealand
Have excellent communication and the ability to easily build rapport with people from all walks of life
Be passionate about midwifery and have a real desire to provide the best care possible
