Technical Engineer

• Being responsible for developing KPAT terminal project as assigned for example, participating in FEED, risk assessment, HAZOP, oversight and coordinating with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure all designs are safe and comply with local and international standards, developing project plan/schedule as well as lead project Gate review session.
• Being responsible for project execution as assigned and ensuring SSHE, product quality performances are met as well as schedule and cost are within the approved plan.
• Being responsible for ensuring the KPAT terminal complies with required Technical standards, for example, EI/JIG/API, etc.
• Being responsible for identifying the problem with design, process and recommend improvement action.
• Being responsible for providing Technical support to the management as required.
• Being responsible for maintaining site drawings and relevant materials up-to-date.
• Being responsible for creating a positive collaborative work environment in KPAT's terminal.
• Supporting to provide technical aspects for enterprise and SSHE risks/potential hazards assessment as well as mitigation steps/barriers are identified.
• Supporting providing technical aspects for ensuring KPAT's Business Management System (BMS) is in compliance with KPI/KPIAC's BMS requirements as well as gap closure plan is developed and implemented by related stakeholders on time.
• Supporting incident/accident investigation and recommending preventive/corrective actions from a Technical point of view.
• Supporting Procurement team on technical & engineering.

• Thai speaker and good command of English - writing and speaking.
• 8 years in technical and engineering with the Oil & Gas industry.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably in Mechanical/Chemical/Petrochemical area).
• Self-motivated and international mindset.
• Possess Project management skills.
• Proven ability of good communication skills.
