Job SummaryGreat opportunity for a senior Costing and Admin clerk with an automotive companyDuties:
  • Complete all costings of vehicles being repaired
  • Follow up with insurance companies to receive costings in a timely manner
  • Submit additional requests and follow up on authorisations
  • Print jobcards
  • Update various insurance websites on vehicle progress
  • General administrative duties
  • Interact with assessors and brokers, and build relationships to ensure new business
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as costing clerk
  • Experience in the automotive repair industry
  • Experience using TMS and Audatex essential
  • Attention to detail
  • Relationship building and communication skills
