We are in search of a dedicated and dynamic individual to temporarily step into the role of Quality Assurance Administrator during a maternity leave absence. In this role, you will play a crucial part in upholding our commitment to the highest quality standards for our products and services. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development and upkeep of our Quality Management System (QMS), maintenance and follow up of Non-Conformance Reports, coordinate internal and external audits to ensure ongoing compliance and support other operational excellence team initiatives.We're seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills to temporarily join our team. Your main responsibilities will include addressing and managing Non-Conformance Reports and upholding our high-quality standards.   • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address daily non-conformance reports, work with Quality Subject Matter Experts to develop and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain process maps for quality processes, including production or service delivery processes, sales and marketing processes, customer service processes, quality control processes, procurement processes, and inventory management processes.
  • Review quality manuals to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Support internal audits to ensure compliance with the organization's quality management system.
  • Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and liaising with auditors.
  • Support administrative tasks related to the execution of operational excellence team initiatives.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
  • Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role.
  • Experience with process mapping, quality manuals, internal audits, and external audits.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with QMS software and dashboards is an asset.
