- Provide traditional surgical assistance, including retracting, suturing, and maintaining a sterile field.
- Collaborate with surgeons to develop creative solutions to complex surgical challenges.

- Provide operating room support to physicians and surgeons, including assisting surgeons during procedures and passing require instruments during surgery.
- Comply with all HIPAA rules and regulations.
- Communicates effectively and courteously with visitors, physicians, and their office staff, patients, and employees. Maintains patient, physician, and employee privacy and confidentiality per policy.
- Complies with Policies & Procedures and adheres to safety guidelines to ensure a safe work and patient care environment.
- Serves as a resource to other members of the health care team.

Required Skills:
- Minimum HS Diploma required
- Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) required.
- Current BLS certification.
- Ortho experience preferred.
- Proven experience as a Surgical Assistant, with a creative portfolio of surgical accomplishments.
- Strong technical skills in surgical procedures and instrumentation.
- Exceptional artistic and creative abilities, with a track record of applying creativity to healthcare.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for innovation and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic surgical environment.
