- Position Title: Administrator (Logistics & Purchasing)
- Working Location: Kulai, Johor
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 6 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Perform administrative duties, including attending to phone calls.
- Responsible for procurement and sourcing process (Check PRs submitted by the regional office and issue P/O when necessary).
- Coordinate shipment, and prepare shipping documents as required (e.g. Airway bills, bills of landing, P/O, D/O, etc.).
- Ensure outgoing and incoming shipments are made on time, within budget and to the exact location.
- Follow up closely with the respective suppliers on the order & delivery status.
- Trigger Payment (Upon receiving invoices from vendors & when goods are ready for shipment by vendor).
- Effectively acquire the most relevant and cost-effective deals.
- Source and manage suppliers, vendors, and maintain good business relationships.
- Mail Management, checking staff claims.
- Prepare and send invoices, maintain client databases.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- STPM or Diploma in Logistics, Procurement or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills and strong negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Self-motivated, and able to work independently.
