-Coordinate internal business operations for unique event experiences
-Conduct market research and identify trends and opportunities * Coordinate internal business operations-Oversee event planning and provide excellent service
-Identify and report on implementation bottlenecks * Achieve financial targets-Contribute to budget determination and monitor departmental budget * Maintaining contacts-Maintain internal and external work contacts * Managing employees-Manage and motivate employees to achieve objectives * Other-Assist with related tasks and recommend improvementsRequirement:
- Bachelor's degree (Leisure & Events / Hotel- and Event management)
- Fluency in English
- A few years of people management experience
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning and marketing best practices
- Experience with EventsAir platform and CMS/CRM tools
- Understanding of organizational processes
- Leadership, management, and analytical skills
- Pro-active in identifying and discussing developments
This is a full-time position where you are expected to travel approx. 10 times a year across Europe/World.
