Start: 31st May or 16th June or 11th July Hybrid or Remote or On- site Responsibilities Management of incoming calls and chat Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Requirements Native / near native in German language 31 English : B1 Computer literacy Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Minimum High School diploma Language skills (production language + English level) Schedule Mon- Sun 8:00-23:00 Part time PT possible (4h, 5h, 6h, 7h)but needs to be flexible in production hours & days PT starts after Full Time training Working conditions (On site / Hybrid / Remote) Hybrid contract for candidate based in Athens Fully remote is also applicable if WFH requirements are met for candidates based outside Athens Training (duration + language spoken) 2 weeks in German Salary (per language) DE Hybrid : 1300E DE Remote : 1200E Bonus 10% monthly performance bonus Package Indefinite contract 14 Salaries/year Daily meal voucher in Up Hellas Mastercard Private health insurance (Dental and Optical Care included) Mobility program A challenging working environment Employee events Free gym, well-being activities, and a rooftop cinema with Acropolis views
