Job Title: JoinerJob reference: J94387Venn Group has been approached by a Housing Association in London to recruit for a Joiner on a temporary to permanent basis.As the successful candidate you will have experience working as a Joiner.The duties will include:

Day to day repairs on tenanted social housing properties
Carry out all aspects of joinery
Carry out instllation and maintenance work to UPVC windows and doors
Work will be in Richmond, Wandsworth, Kingston, Merton, Sutton & Croydon
Multi-skill of basic tiling, patch plastering & push-fit plumbing
Use a PDA system to receive and update jobs
Comply with all Health and Safety procedures on site
Must have own hand tools

Essential Skills/Qualifications

Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Joinery or equivalent
Driving Licence (van provided)
