- Identify learning needs by consulting with relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts • Design, develop and deliver a holistic learning experience using effective instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles • Create engaging learning content and materials including workshops, practice sharing sessions, online webinars, and/or e-learning modules • Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the learning interventions and make necessary improvements • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that learning interventions are aligned with overall organisational goals and objectives • Stay current on learning methodologies and best practices in learning and development and organisation development
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in learning design, adult education and/or organisation development. Some background and experience with designing and delivering learning experiences will be a plus point. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong project management skills and ability to manage work relationships and project progress within budget and timelines • Self-motivated, proactive, meticulous, and resourceful • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • A willingness and sense of purpose to serve in the Singapore Public Service
