Recruitment Officer (PASAP – Bangbor, Samutprakarn)

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for both of blue-collar and white-collar positions.
• Support recruitment function especially on-boarding, probation evaluation and exit interview process.
• Prepare recruitment report in responsible function to monitor recruitment performance and KPIs.
• Support recruitment project such as fresh grad recruitment and internship activity.
• Support HR Team for employee relation and corporate activity.
• Other assigned by management.

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in recruitment function.
• Experience in Manufacturing business is a plus.
• Good command of English and computer literacy.
• Positive thinking, and good personality.
• Interpersonal understanding with strong negotiation & communication skill.
