- Provide confidential executive level secretarial and administrative service and support to the VPSPP.
- Manage the VPSPPs calendar, appointments and email correspondence ensuring efficient, timely and responsive action.
- Prioritise scheduling of meetings and activities for the VPSPP.
- Respond to, or appropriately escalate, queries about the portfolio.
- Prepare, distribute and follow up on documents, papers and executive briefings on behalf of the VPSPP, and coordinate the flow of information and documentation in and out of the office.
- Gather, collate and contribute to the analysis of data and information to support the VPSPP in making decisions.
- Coordinate complex international travel and manage visitations of VIPs and international delegations.
- Build and maintain effective and productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of executive support at a senior level.
- Demonstrated track record of maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders (internally and externally) at all levels of an organisation.
- Proven exceptional verbal and written communication skills in addition to the ability to manage confidential matters with discretion.
- A consistent track record of delivering high quality work and being accountable for the successful completion of tasks within realistic timeframes.
