Bruck an der Leitha (30 min drive from Vienna)As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of business critical and complex business projects through cross-functional teams. You will be a member of the site industrial engineering team, and you will coordinate and execute activities from our factory to all markets in line with the business strategy.What are we looking for?This is an excellent opportunity for someone to grow, understand our business, contribute to our success, and take pride in the individual part you will play in shaping our future. It is important that the applicant is strong in the following areas:
  • University Degree level (e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain)
  • 1-3 years of project & process management experience
  • Ability to build and lead effective project teams
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships across all stakeholder and project teams
  • Strong analytical skills & structured ways of working
  • Attention to details in a fast-changing environment together with strong change management skills
  • Excellent German and English skills
What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Build and lead effective project teams, and problem solving while managing or supporting projects
  • Track and monitor projects from new products development through to execution
  • Demonstrate ownership for Continuous Improvement
  • Develop collaborative relationships across all stakeholder and project teams using organizational agility & conflict management skills
  • Communicate with key stakeholder communities ensuring transparency to project status, issues and recommendations
  • Maintain master data in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company
