- Plan and execute training calendars in line with training needs identified during annual appraisal cycle as well as Banks strategic goals;
- Design and develop training programs on emerging topics through focus based on the needs of the bank, focusing on digital banking, customer servicessupport, and organizational transformation;.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to diverse staff employee groups, ensuring high retention of material and practical application of skills;
- Develop an overall strategy and continuous value addition to curriculum for batch training of entry level positions (MTOs, Tellers etc.);
- Collaborate with various stakeholders within the bank to assess training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Manage and oversee training logistics, including schedules, materials, and technology setup at training facilities
- Liaison with ex-house speakers and field experts to conduct scheduled trainings;
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in technology and banking to continuously incorporate relevant topics into the training curriculum.
- Lead and motivate staff through change processes, ensuring they are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge
- Ensure effective utilization of training budget; Detailed Requirements:
- Four (04) years Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification higher in Business Administration, Human Resources , Education, or related field. Preference may be given to Master's degree holderspreferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in training and development, particularly within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful training programs.
- Experience in digital transformation training and technology implementation strategies.
