We’re on the lookout for a passionate Year 5 Teaching Assistant to join this inclusive and highly respected Primary School in Brighton. If you’re ready to make a real difference to the lives of young learners and support them on their educational journey, then this is the role for you!Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to Year 5 students who may require additional help with their learning.
- Assist in implementing personalized learning plans to meet the unique requirements of SEN students.
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Support the class teacher in organizing educational activities and resources to enhance learning experiences.
- Communicate effectively with both students and colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the classroom.
- Passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential
- Some experience of working with children with special education needs
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one) .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
