This means using cutting edge technology to create highly scalable, customisable and secure products and components that free up development time and leverage our access to global data.What you’ll do ​& Who you areWe are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Business Partner (FP&A) to join the Mobility Spain Organisation (Coche.net & Motos.net) that’s embarking upon a significant transformation.You will be part of a team of 3 people, dedicated to analysing and reporting full P&L financials and non-financials KPIs while developing a strong business partnership relation with key stakeholders, reporting directly to the Senior FP&A Manager Mobility Spain.This is a hybrid role (2-3 days in the office), and the office is based in Barcelona (Poblenou).Your main tasks will be:Leading the planning cycle (Budget and quarterly forecast) of your areas of responsibility with full P&L knowledge and business KPIs controlPreparing a consistent monthly, quarterly and Year End reporting creating a storytelling by connecting all the financial and non-financial data while focusing on automatization and simplificationPresenting findings, analyses and recommendations based on collaboration across functions to drive data-informed decisions and provide insightful strategic analysis to the relevant stakeholders and Head of FP&AWorking on business cases and ad-hoc analysis to help management in strategic decisionsAnalyse and master knowledge on processes, system tools and reports, proposing improvements where appropriateWorking closely with P2P, O2C and RTR departments on ensuring and understanding actual data and coordinating business impact analysis and solutionsWho you are:Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Business Partner positionBachelor BSc or Masters MSc degree in Computer Sciences, Finance, Economy or Business-related studyExperience on Marketing and P&T departments is a plusBe fluent in Spanish & EnglishExperience with Business Intelligence tools is a plusBusiness analytics knowledge (Tableau) will be an added advantageStrong knowledge of SAP (we use SAP S/4Hana)Computer literate with advanced level of Excel and Google Apps knowledge (Sheets and slides)BenefitsLife at Adevinta comes with its perks!
