- Assists senior directors and works as a member of a cohesive team
- Possess a strong commercial acumen to drive sales of all products whilst maintaining high levels of customer support
- Experience working with industrial customers in a commercial environment
- Assesses, understands and manages risks in relation to ITM’s service obligations
- Accepts extra duties as situations arise
- Post graduate degree in engineering and/or management
- Aftermarket experience within an OEM environment
- Familiarity with the hydrogen industry
- Fluency in a foreign language, preferably German
- Works efficiently and calmly to tight deadlines
- Manage the team and their workload to deliver department objectives
- Ability to influence and communicate at a senior level
- Ability to deliver compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer agreed timeframes
- Ability to coordinate and edit proposal inputs from a variety of sources and accurately interpret customer requirements
- Technical mindset, to understand product details and customer specifications
- Strong time management skills
- Strong written English language skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of the business
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent mathematical aptitude and ability
