Job Title Facilities CoordinatorJob Description Summary Opportunity for an experienced Facilities Administrator/Coordinator to join us on a prominent client account in Sydney.Job DescriptionAs the Facilities Coordinator you will deliver a range of on-site facilities and workplace services, ensuring a responsive, welcoming, and authentic experience to the client’s staff & visitors at our client’s premises. Our Facilities Coordinators have a focus on anticipating needs, presenting a professional and approachable image, and delivering prompt and positive action which makes every interaction simple and effective to deliver an exceptional workplace experience. You will ensure the smooth running of our client(s) offices.About the role:
  • Ensure that Cushman & Wakefield is strongly represented and make sure that all work is of the highest quality
  • Flexible in approach and pivots to meet changing clients’ needs
  • Proactively build rapport with clients (at the respective level), and ensures to meet their needs to minimise escalations
  • Office management
  • Facilities onboarding for new client staff hires including issuing desks, lockers & security passes;
  • Facilities Management support
  • Partner with building management as required and manage general office maintenance;
  • Manage site operations to ensure continuity of property services with minimum disruption to the client’s business operations.
  • Conduct property inspections and audits involving the review of property operations to ensure cost effectiveness is maximised.
  • Health & Safety support
About You:
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise effectively and ensure tight deadlines are met.
  • Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency when undertaking work
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills together with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Some Facilities Management experience at a non-technical level would be desirable
  • Strong Customer Service skills

  • The ability to be a team player and individual contributor as required.
  • An energetic, self-motivated personality with a curious nature and interest in learning.
  • High levels of integrity and a strong understanding of confidentiality.
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office Suite
