- Ensure that Cushman & Wakefield is strongly represented and make sure that all work is of the highest quality
- Flexible in approach and pivots to meet changing clients’ needs
- Proactively build rapport with clients (at the respective level), and ensures to meet their needs to minimise escalations
- Office management
- Facilities onboarding for new client staff hires including issuing desks, lockers & security passes;
- Facilities Management support
- Partner with building management as required and manage general office maintenance;
- Manage site operations to ensure continuity of property services with minimum disruption to the client’s business operations.
- Conduct property inspections and audits involving the review of property operations to ensure cost effectiveness is maximised.
- Health & Safety support
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise effectively and ensure tight deadlines are met.
- Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency when undertaking work
- Excellent written and oral communication skills together with strong interpersonal skills.
- Some Facilities Management experience at a non-technical level would be desirable
- Strong Customer Service skills

- The ability to be a team player and individual contributor as required.
- An energetic, self-motivated personality with a curious nature and interest in learning.
- High levels of integrity and a strong understanding of confidentiality.
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office Suite
